BMX

The Florida state season just ended, sadly. I got 8th in the state for 11 year old expert. Now it is time to train hard so I can get 1st next year in 12 year old expert. My home track is in Naples, Florida. It is a short track with only 4 straight aways. I am currently on the WCR bmx team. My dad is the manager of the WCR BMX team. WCR stands for West Coast Racing. WCR BMX team got 6th place in the A team division amd 4th place in the B team division for the state of Florida. Football

I just started playing football. I joined a flag football team to get some experience and learn some of the game. I will be playing on the Nalpes Gators tackle football team this summer. I will be on the 105 pound team because of my age. Can't wait to start football. It will be different for me because I have never really put on all the of the gear that you need for playing football. I hope to become a running back and a wide reciver. Football will keep me in shape until BMX starts again. It will be a good workout. I can't wait to run the ball though eveyone. Current Events:

I just had my 5th grade graduation luncheon on Friday and today was my last day of school (tuesday June 2nd). Wahooooo! Summer is here! I am going to hang out with all my friends all summer long. Summer time is the best. But now it is time to train hard until and during BMX and football starts up again.

Even though the BMX state season is over football is just beggining. Now it is time to train hard for football and BMX. I train by going to the BMX track 3 times a week and by riding a stationary bike for an hour every night. I try to keep my revolutions per minute at 30 or higher. The stationary bike works my thighs, quads, and helps with my stamina. And boy is it tiring. But I hope it will pay off sooner or later.

I am going to go to the Bill Kramer football camp to boost my football skills. Bill Kramer is the Naples High School Football Coach and Naples High has had some really great seasons in the last few years, including a couple state championships. I have gone for a few years now and I have loved it. It is so fun that I go there every summer now.
